Will AMP page creation affect my existing mobile or desktop website in anyway?

It will not affect your mobile or desktop website in any way. These pages will be shown whenever the user searches on Google through a mobile device.

So in mobile, instead of your mobile pages, AMP pages will be shown up. From these AMP pages, user will be redirected to the original website.
